Terms of Service

Last updated: February 24, 2026

Important: TensorSpeed is a B2B service intended for schools, academies, tutoring centers, corporate training departments and other educational organizations. These Terms govern your organization’s access to and use of the TensorSpeed platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TensorSpeed platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TensorSpeed provides a cloud-based educational content delivery platform focused on mathematics, data science, and introductory artificial intelligence. The Service includes structured interactive lessons, progress tracking, assignment management, and administrative tools.

The Service is offered exclusively to business/organizational customers (B2B) and is not intended for individual consumer use.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You must create an organizational account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan selected.
  • Plans may include limits on number of teachers, students, or active classes — exceeding these limits may require upgrading your plan.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if payment is overdue by more than 15 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source materials from the platform
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content without permission
  • Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights of third parties

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service (lessons, exercises, interface, software) is owned by TensorSpeed or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your organization’s internal educational purposes during your active subscription.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the content available to third parties outside your organization.

6. User Content & Assignments

Any content you or your users upload (assignments, notes, custom materials) remains your property. By uploading, you grant TensorSpeed a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data (including student and teacher information).

As a B2B service, we act as a data processor on your behalf for student/teacher data you input. You remain the data controller.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You fail to pay fees when due
  • We reasonably believe continued use poses security or legal risk

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, access ends at the end of the current billing period (no refunds for partial periods).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TensorSpeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country, e.g., Delaware, United States], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your City/County, e.g., Wilmington, Delaware].

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
