Solutions

From question to production

We partner with teams to turn classification research into systems they can rely on — starting small, measuring honestly, and building only what proves its value.

Engagements

Three ways to work together

Assessment & prototyping

A focused engagement to understand your data and the decision it should support, and to show what a model can realistically deliver — before you commit to building one.

  • Review of the decision, the data available and how outcomes are measured
  • A baseline and a prototype model trained on your data
  • An honest read-out: expected accuracy, risks, and whether to proceed

Custom classification models

Models designed around your problem, your constraints and your definition of success, with evaluation that reflects how the model will actually be used.

  • Feature work and model selection suited to your data
  • Calibrated confidence scores, not just labels
  • Evaluation by segment and over time, against a clear baseline

Integration & deployment

From notebook to production: we help put models where decisions are made, with the monitoring needed to keep them trustworthy over time.

  • Integration with your existing systems and workflows
  • Monitoring for data drift and performance decay
  • Documentation and handover so your team owns the result

Process

How an engagement runs

Each stage ends with a clear result and a decision point, so you never commit further than the evidence supports.

  1. 01

    Understand

Your decision, your data, and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A working model on your data, measured against a simple baseline.

  3. 03

    Validate

Rigorous testing for accuracy, robustness and fairness.

  4. 04

    Deploy

Integration into your workflow, with monitoring and handover.

Industries

Wherever a decision depends on a category

Financial services

Credit risk, fraud and anomaly detection, transaction categorisation.

Healthcare & life sciences

Triage and risk stratification, cohort selection, lab and assay data.

Manufacturing

Quality control, defect classification, predictive maintenance signals.

Customer & sales

Churn prediction, lead and opportunity scoring, segmentation.

Operations & logistics

Exception detection, demand classes, supplier and shipment risk.

Records & documents

Routing and categorising records, forms and structured submissions.

FAQ

Common questions

What kind of data do you work with?

Structured, tabular data — the rows and columns in databases, spreadsheets, logs and forms. Mixed numeric and categorical fields, missing values and imbalanced classes are normal and expected.

How much data do we need?

Often less than people expect. Many useful classifiers are built from hundreds or a few thousand labelled examples. An assessment will tell you whether your data is enough, and what would improve it.

Do we have to share our data?

Data handling is agreed in writing before any data is shared — where it is stored, who can access it, and how it is returned or deleted. Please do not send datasets before that agreement is in place.

Who owns the resulting model?

Ownership of models, code and results is set out in the engagement agreement. Our default is that you own what is built for you.

Can you work with our existing team and tools?

Yes. We integrate with the systems you already run and aim to hand over work your team can maintain.

Have a classification problem worth solving?

Tell us about your data and the decision you need to make.
